Orders & Payments

We want your shopping experience to be easy and secure. We accept multiple payment options to give you
flexibility and peace of mind. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
and PayPal, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Order Changes

Need to cancel or edit your order? Just let us know within 24 hours of placing it (while it’s
still processing). We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships. 

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order
details. When your order ships, we’ll follow up with another email containing your tracking information. 

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, no matter where you are. After we process your order (usually in 1–2 business days), you can expect it to arrive within about 6–12 business days . We ship primarily via USPS Priority Mail for reliable delivery. 

Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive in 6–12 business days after purchase . Some regions may experience longer delivery times.

Tracking

You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships , so you can follow your package every step of the way

International

We ship globally, but please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs
fees or import taxes. These charges (if any) are determined by your country’s customs office and are the
customer’s responsibility 

Returns & Refunds 

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by our products with a 30-day return policy: if you’re not
completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery (as long as it’s unused and
in its original condition).

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. Please note
that original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Return Shipping

 Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, customers are responsible for the
cost of return shipping. If the product is damaged or incorrect, let us know and we’ll cover the return
shipping. 

How to Return

To initiate a return, just contact us by email cleanplanet.net@gmail.com or through our
website’s contact form. Include your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address. 

Product Info & Safety

We care about your well-being and the well-being of your loved ones (including pets!). Please keep a few safety tips in mind when using our products: always check product instructions and your own sensitivities.

Beauty & Wellness

Everyone’s skin is different, so before using a new skincare or wellness product, do a
patch test on a small area of your skin and wait a few days to check for any reaction . If you experience
redness, itching, or irritation, discontinue use immediately. Remember that terms like “hypoallergenic” or
“fragrance-free” aren’t guarantees—always read the full ingredient list if you have known allergies.

Pet & Home Products

Always read product labels for pet and child safety . For example, many household cleaners are only safe for pets once they have fully dried, so keep pets away during cleaning.

Store all products out of reach of children and animals. If you’re ever unsure about a product’s safety (for
instance, if you’re pregnant, have a medical condition, or are introducing something new to your pet),
consult a doctor or veterinarian before use.
